hi all...o/

I checked for trading skill this morning by selling 1 ton of graphene at a time to ceres...(200ish tons)...then sold 2 larger quantities...no TS change.

Don;t forget that you have to sell your skill level +1 ton to have a chance to go up in trading skill.

This is do to players long ago sitting at the LM selling one ton at a time just to get their trading skill up.

Oh...I remember that now...I think its been since that update I haven't leveled at all...maybe has something to do with it?...lol...I never did that btw but, I remember others doing it at Veritas because they thought it was the way to level up TS. It may well be a place to look for a bug.

I would like to suggest the additions of magnesium & uranium to LM. This would help prompt mining.

I thought about this yesterday too.

What are some suggested price per town for both?

Tobacco got missed. I will present these two along with Tobacco together.

Well 2 tobacco=1 cigar so that one sorts it's self out I guess.
Mag is only used in Warp & armour builds as far as I'm aware. Probably on par with silicon in terms of price, maybe less.
Uranium is a difficult one. Not sure where to pitch it.

The LM price of Magnesium and Uranium could, pergpaps, be based on their Contract Board price? Taking a similar ratio to the other mineral raw materials.

The contract prices auto adjust from base price. Jam already has a base price since contracts are being generated. We could adjust that some if we think it should be.

I would like to point out that Uranium is used up at colonies and has to be restock to keep the powerplants running at max output. I would rather buy it and stock it than sell it off to the LM. It is not mined often and I know I use a lot.

Magnesium is not used for much. Armor I think. That one I would add as it then has value.
