For Steam under Windows, try F12 or the PrtScrn key.
For Mac and Linux it depends on your keybindings and installed software.

Save the image How I do that using an OpenOffice text file:
---1. Use or create an OpenOffice table cell in the text file.
---2. Save (paste = Ctl-V) the image in the table cell.
---3. Right click the image in the table cell to generate a dropdown menu.
---4. Select Save Graphics and give it a location and a name ... Done.

@ Moneyman: You're right, F12 saves the image to Steam's my username Activity folder. If I then save the image to http://postimage.org/ will it then post to the designated location?

What you need to understand

1. You need to copy the image's description (i.e. its pixels) into your computer's temporary save location.

2. You need to move your computer's temporary save location into an image file.
