Question on the game

I looked up game on steam and seen mixed reports on it, but latest mostly pointing out it isnt being developed any more. I know sometimes steam reviews can be exaggerating(even though steam charts are quite low too and cant find updates on steam or social media newer than 2018 at https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/345010 ), but since a mmo I wanted to ask here directly if this game is online and being worked on?

It will be moved to a new server this week, then a new client update, then a few fixes, then terraforming will be completed.

Development has been slow of late, but we should see more in the next few months.
