Collision when leaving NPC Star Station Docking Bay

Postby Mooncrest » Sat Jun 24, 2017 8:28 am

I am not sure if this is a bug, a graphics problem, an internet connection problem, or what, but more and more frequently when I undock from a NPC Star Station in a Leviathan the collision detection goes into overdrive. I get all the sounds of collision, the ships bounces arund the screen as if ti has collided with something and the frame rate drops from over 30 to less than 5. The other number of the fps display rises into the multiple thousands from the low tens. Every thing slows down and this can last for fifteen or twenty seconds, which is a lifetime when you want to get on with things.

Can anyone give a logical explanation and may be a solution or workaround? Apart from not using a Leviathan?
