I crashed twice at colony load in again. That is back, but your issue seems better.

Client version 1.5504 seems to work fine for me. No crashes when I visited my colonies and OSBs to see all are starving 
Though I usually dont get crashes as often when client is new, it occurs more often after the client been installed for a while, then crashes occurs after visiting between 2 and 10 colonies/OSBs in a row (been like that as long as Ive been playing it).
